Our school canteen participates in the "Come Local" campaign carried out by Slow Food Compostela for the Galician Food Quality Agency (Agacal). The aim of this initiative is to highlight Galician products with a quality certificate:

DOP (Protected Designation of Origin),

IXP (Protected Geographical Indication),

DO (Denomination of Origin),

IX (Geographical Indication)

and local ecological products, such as traceability and transparency tools to highlight the origin of the product.
