Peace Day 2026

Last Friday, January 30th, we celebrated the Day of Peace and Nonviolence at school. The choir began with some songs dedicated to this theme accompanied by gestures that some of the children were encouraged to imitate.

Later, there were a series of messages for students to reflect on and realize that there are attitudes that may seem funny at first, but that if they hurt someone, they no longer are.

Two murals were also made, one in which symbols of peace and love rained down and another entitled "The Wall of Peace", in which the students each placed a block with a positive message to build this wall against intolerance and violence.

Finally, some songs related to this theme were played, balloons were released, choreographies were made and everyone was able to enjoy and share a moment of joy and peace in common.
