Last Monday, November 20, we wanted to raise awareness from the school to the entire educational community about a subject that does not appear on the front pages of newspapers or in the headlines of the media, but which, nevertheless, is a reality that is around us and is important let it be known We are talking about children who, for various reasons, cannot stay with their biological parents and are in public protection centers.

With the goal of making this social problem visible, we participated this Monday in "Pijama Day" organized by ASEAF (State Association of Family Fostering) and ACOUGO (Galician Association of Foster Families). It is a symbolic act that represents the moment of family intimacy at bedtime. This initiative aims to emphasize the importance of family fostering to guarantee the right to live in a family for children and adolescents who, for various reasons, cannot enjoy it.
